Prioritizing Payroll Boosts Employee Experience

DHCS employees also appreciate the self-service technology. With it, they can view and print check stubs and W-2s without having to rely on Maldonado and her team. Maldonado says these changes are helping satisfy her vision of creating “enthusiastic employee experiences”.

What is DHCS prioritizing next when it comes to HR technology? According to Maldonado, onboarding is on their radar. “We plan to continue investing in our employee experience. We want to position ourselves favorably in the job market, and isolved is helping get there,” she says.
