Take the Sting Out of COBRA Administration
Staying compliant with COBRA is complicated, and many teams aren't sure what's required. We’ve supported COBRA administration since day one and continue to make compliance simpler for organizations of every size. As regulations shift, isolved adapts quickly so you stay compliant, ease administrative burden and ensure employees keep the coverage they rely on.
Offer More With Portable Alternative Coverage
Workers eligible for COBRA can qualify for alternative health insurance options tailored to their individual post-employment needs. Taking advance of Portable Alternative Coverage can substantially reduce COBRA expenses while streamlining the HR processes associated with offboarding and delivering a better experience for employees.
Make Leave Management Simple
Employee participation in the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) is rising, and more states are adding their own versions of leave laws. As the rules expand and change, isolved Leave Management helps you reduce the burden on your team and ensures every request is handled smoothly and compliantly, no matter where your employees live and work.
State Continuation
State continuation requirements differ across the country and may extend benefits beyond COBRA or apply when COBRA doesn’t. isolved makes it simple by handling premium collection, processing elections and generating notices on your behalf. We currently manage administration for 13 states, including Ariz., Calif., Colo., Conn., Del., Md., Minn., N.J., N.Y., Pa., Texas, Utah and Va., plus the District of Columbia, with more states added regularly.
