Growing Together: The Next Phase of the People Heroes Helper Program

The people making the biggest impact in today’s workplace aren’t always in the spotlight. They’re the HR, benefits, and payroll professionals driving real change every day. At isolved, we call them People Heroes.

Last year, we introduced the People Heroes Helper Program to support their growth, and now, we’re taking that commitment even further. In 2025, we’re expanding this initiative to provide even more opportunities for our customers.​ Whether that means earning a certification, attending an industry event or giving back, we want to support their journey. Because when People Heroes grow, their businesses and communities benefit, too.

Why We’re Launching This Program

Education and continuous learning are essential for staying ahead in today’s workplace. But we also know that finding the time, resources and support to invest in professional development isn’t always easy.

That’s where the People Heroes Helper Program comes in. It’s our way of helping our customers advance in their careers, gain new skills and make an even bigger impact in their workplace. We want to remove barriers and help People Heroes reach their goals, no matter what stage of their career they’re in.

What It Offers

Each quarter in 2025, two winners will receive a scholarship to invest in their growth. Winners can choose from one of the options:

• Attend an isolved conference or industry event to expand their network.

• Take a certification or training class to build new skills.

• Recognize their team with a donation of isolved swag.

• Give back with a contribution to a cause that matters to them.

How to Apply

The program is open to customers who meet their employer’s eligibility requirements for receiving scholarships. Here’s how to get started:

• Visit here to access the application.

• Complete a short form with questions about goals and plans for the scholarship.

• Submit before the deadline to be considered for the funding.

Two winners will be selected per quarter, so there are multiple opportunities to apply throughout the year.

Application Deadlines

To be considered for a scholarship, applications need to be submitted by:

• Q1 deadline: March 28, 2025

• Q2 deadline: June 27, 2025

• Q3 deadline: September 26, 2025

• Q4 deadline: December 26, 2025

Scholarship recipients will be announced shortly after each deadline.
