In mid-2024, Ginsberg decided to launch the HR advisory firm, Spark HR. The company is designed to serve clients on two fronts: fractional HR support for businesses that aren’t large enough to hire dedicated HR support and advisory for companies looking to take their HR function to the next level. Ginsberg knew he needed robust technology to refer to his clients—and thought isolved was the ideal partner to grow his business.

Posting to three or four job boards can take hours. By using isolved, I can cut that time in at least half.”
