As we close out 2025, one theme has shaped every enhancement, release and conversation: focusing on what matters most. This year, we embraced a people-centered vision guided by the realities that human resources (HR), payroll, benefits and talent professionals, who we call People Heroes, face every day. This includes juggling strategic planning, supporting distributed teams and navigating rising complexity. Their work is essential, yet often invisible.
Our goal was simple: build technology rooted in empathy, inspired by your feedback and designed to meet people where they are, all while helping HR departments improve employee engagement and retention. And we pursued that goal for both our customers and partners.
Across our human capital management (HCM) platform, isolved People Cloud™, we delivered more than 4,100 enhancements, each one designed to simplify work, streamline processes, strengthen decision-making and elevate the everyday experiences of administrators and employees. Rather than simply adding features, we invested in solutions that empower HR strategy and improve employee productivity.
Here’s how that vision came to life in 2025.
People Matter: Supporting Employees at Every Stage
People remain the heartbeat of every organization. This year, we doubled down on our investment in helping them feel seen, supported and empowered through every chapter of their journey.
We expanded how organizations can care for employees beyond traditional HR moments, bringing greater opportunity for financial wellness, offering more guidance during employee benefits decisions and reinforcing positive work habits that enhance employee satisfaction.
This included new ways to support employees as they move into new phases of their career, such as Portable Alternative Coverage, which gives transitioning employees access to flexible, affordable benefit options, and Alumni Advisory, which adds personalized guidance to help them navigate what's next with confidence. These enhancements weren’t just functional; they were intentionally crafted to build trust and a stronger sense of connection.
By investing in the whole employee experience before day one, throughout their career and even beyond their time with the organization, we’re helping businesses improve employee retention, boost performance and build a competitive advantage. When employees feel valued, they show up with more commitment and purpose. That’s what sets high-performing workplaces apart.
Experiences Matter: Designing Moments That Empower
Work today is shaped by experiences, the ease of completing a task, the clarity of information, the feeling of being supported and the flow of daily work. Employees expect consumer-grade simplicity. Candidates expect transparency throughout the recruitment process. HR teams expect technology that helps them lead, not just manage, by delivering actionable HR metrics and supporting smarter staffing decisions.
In 2025, we expanded that vision with enhancements that elevate the admin, employee and candidate experience at every step.
Across People Cloud, we refined how employees move through their day by reducing friction and creating clearer, more personalized pathways to the tasks they use the most. Enhancements like the new Time Off widget give employees an instant view of their balances, helping them plan with confidence.
We also launched Sam, which gives admins easier access to 24/7 support and quick answers anytime, with effortless escalation to live experts when more guidance is needed.
Another key enhancement is Benefits Guidance, a more intuitive decision experience that offers employees personalized, data-driven recommendations during enrollment. This helps transform a traditionally stressful moment into one that feels clearer, informed and purposeful.
When it comes to recruitment, the candidates’ experience saw meaningful improvements. With Chat-to-Apply, we delivered a more modern, responsive journey that allows applicants to engage conversationally, answer screening questions in real time and immediately book interviews when they're a match. Combined with additional enhancements across Attract & Hire, the candidate journey became faster and clearer. Candidates move from application through onboarding with less friction and a process that respects their time as much as yours.
Behind the scenes, we strengthened the experience for People Heroes too, offering smoother interactions and greater administrative efficiency. Because when the people who support the workforce are empowered, everyone benefits.
Your Business Matters: Helping Organizations Thrive with Confidence
At the core of every great people experience is a business working hard to stay secure, informed and competitive.
This year, we focused on strengthening the foundation organizations rely on to operate with confidence. That meant delivering clearer metrics to guide decision-making, reinforcing protection against cybersecurity risks and simplifying complex administrative processes. Whether preparing for an annual review or planning for the new year, the goal wasn’t just efficiency. It was peace of mind.
With the introduction of the Analytics Hub, leaders gained a centralized, easy-to-read view of intuitive dashboards and workforce trends. This new capability gave organizations the visibility they need to act quickly and strategically.
We also enhanced how businesses attract and evaluate talent through Indeed Talent Scout, offering richer profile data and candidate matching to help teams identify strong fits faster and build pipelines with greater precision. Paired with process automation and improved validation tools, accuracy in critical areas like payroll and compliance reporting became more dependable than ever—helping teams prepare for next year with confidence.
With more connected insights and better workflows, organizations were able to plan proactively, move faster and grow with intention. By improving the foundation beneath the work, we helped businesses create more space to support, develop and care for the people who drive their success
