According to Lacey Davidson, HR Manager at JumBurrito, “We processed payroll and benefits in house for years. Davidson says, “The self-service portal lets employees see all we have to offer, and they can see our matching contributions. The year-end summaries allow them to also see other benefits like free employee meals, employer paid taxes and 401(k) contribution.”
Making a Difference in Employees’ Lives
Seeing how isolved was able to make a difference in one employee’s life was important. One of their long-term employees had been contributing to their 401(k) for years.
