So our company is the largest community mental Health Center in Iowa. We serve about 10,000 clients a year doing services like outpatient therapy, prescriber services and other community outreach type programs.
So in an HCM program, we were really looking for something that helped us not only with our time tracking and of course payroll, but also the performance management and other services to really make our employees’ lives better all the way around and help us on the back end.
With isolved, we have solved some issues with a lot of different tracking and reporting items that we're able to get exactly what we need out of the system. And then, also with the applicant tracking system, it's really improved our turn-around with new employees with the onboarding portion as well.
